- Ordering
- To place an order, please send an e-mail. I am a work at home mom (wahm) and my hours are monday thru friday 10am - 4pm. I strive to respond within 48 hours of new inquiries, if you have not received a response, you may send another email.
- Payment & Deposits
- A non-refundable deposit is required for all web packages, to both hold your place & begin the work. The Deposit is 50% percent of your total, and is credited toward your final bill at the completion. All balances must be paid before the final product is transferred to the client’s hands.
In the case of projects that total less than $150, full payment is required to begin work. If this could be pose an issue, please email me to discuss further.
Payment may be made using Paypal, check, or money order.
Refunds are not offered due to the nature and time put into creations. I will work with you until you are satisfied with your purchase.
